1. Shipments will be sent via FedEx, DHL, UPS, Sagawa Express or Japan Post. You cannot specify the shipping carrier.
2. Shipping is handled via Economy or higher service, so delivery is expected within 5 to 10 days after the package is handed over to the carrier.
3. If you wish to specify a shipping company or request expedited delivery, please pay the additional fee separately. (Additional fees range from approximately $10 to $20.)
4. We always send the item with a tracking number. So please place an order without any concern on delivery.
