Each piece of this 1:4 scale replica is individually painted and finished, each with its own unique quality and detail that is the trademark of a handcrafted Sideshow Collectibles product. The Ark of the Covenant Prop Replica is the definitive Indiana Jones collectible, the perfect addition to any display.

This replica is very beautiful and detailed. There is a cloth / fabric material around the poles which really adds to the authenticity of the piece. Its in a very good condition. Nothing is missing or broken. There may be some minor scuff marks ? Please study the pictures carefully. Its boxed with both inner and outer boxes and again the boxes are in a reasonable condition , but not 100%. This is not new its been displayed for years in a smoke free environment.

Although i love the replica my only personal criticism of the paintwork / colour. In some pictures it looks brilliant gold like it should in the movie but in reality the colour is a little on the dull side. Its not faded- it was like this from day. It really depends on how much light hits it.

The lid opens but... DON'T LOOK AT IT! KEEP YOUR EYES SHUT!

Inside is lined with black felt

Im not sure how many they made of these worldwide? Estimates are 1000 so that makes this extremely rare piece. Also its fully licensed and made by side show so i expect it will only increase in value.

Package and postage will be expensive due to the insurance costs but you are welcome to collect . We are 1.5 miles from the University of Warwick
