The Viberg Asphalt Vachetta Horsebutt Service Boot updates Viberg's original work boot design first created by founder Edwin Viberg in 1931. It is inspired by standard military boots worn during WWII, combining classic heritage with modern refinement.

This limited edition uses a small batch of Asphalt Horsebutt leather from Maryam Tannery. The leather is vegetable-tanned to keep the natural grain and character of the hide. Drum dyed to a warm charcoal brown and treated with lanolin oil, it develops a rich, burnished patina over time with a subtle shell-like shine. The dense horsebutt leather is also flexible, durable, and comfortable as it molds to the foot.

Built on Viberg's Munson-based 2040 Last, the boot has a timeless military silhouette. It features a full lining, brogue cap toe, caramel eyelets, and a natural leather midsole. Finished with a British Ridgeway lug sole and Viberg's stitchdown construction, it offers long-lasting strength, traction, and versatile style.
