I plugged the power cord in and didn't see any lights. I could be powering it up wrong or it could need speakers attached to work or tube out, any number of things I'm not certain.
The plastic above the radio tuner is cracked as shown in pictures. Also the top cover has been removed and screws are not with it.

All of the piano style levers appeared to click on and off appropriately.
