Next Day deliveries are therefore not available.
Tracking numbers are provided upon despatch of your order via email or mobile phone. DPDLocal offer a Predict Service which emails/texts you a one-hour delivery window and an option to collect your parcel from 2,500 DPD Pickup Shops throughout the UK. Please see the DPDLocal website for more details. As items require a signature on delivery please ensure you provide us with an address it can be signed for.

Please note that it is not a guaranteed service: whilst the overwhelming majority (over 99%) of parcels will arrive to these schedules, there may be problems outside of our control that prevents it arriving. The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

EU CUSTOMERS - BREXIT UK VAT CHANGES
As the UK left the EU on 1 January 2021, we will no longer charge UK VAT to our EU customers. However, your country of residence will charge you import VAT sales tax the delivery company will contact you directly to pay these. Black Widow Exhausts Ltd is not responsible for these fees and we undertake not to make any calculations or estimates in this regard. Worldwide Delivery:
We can ship worldwide, if a postage option is not offered please contact us and we can provide one.
If Goods are being ordered from outside the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your Goods reach their destination. We are not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard.
If you are buying from outside the UK, please contact your local customs authorities for more information on costs and procedures.

Returns:-

Black Widow Exhausts Ltd aims to always provide high quality Goods that are free from damage or fault. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned for an exchange or refund. In the first instance we request that you contact us by email or telephone explaining the problem so that we can resolve any issues.

If you change your mind:-

UK and EU buyers are covered by the Distance Seller Regulations and are entitled to return any item within 30 days of receipt of delivery providing that it has been unused and in a condition fit for resale. Buyers are responsible for the return costs of the item. Only goods that have been unused and returned in a saleable condition will be accepted for a refund.

Warranty:- 

We pride ourselves on the quality of our exhaust systems and off a warranty for a period of 2 years from date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer The Supplier will repair or at its option replace free of charge any component found to be defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, PROVIDED THAT;

This warranty does not cover any form of damage resulting from incorrect fitting, accident, neglect, misuse, application of over heating, use on track days, racing or competition, or use contrary to any instructions supplied by the Supplier.

This warranty shall apply only to the original Buyer and shall (insofar as the law may permit) be in lieu of all other warranties and conditions expressed or implied under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or any other Statute or at Common Law.

Please note due to the characteristics of stainless steel, discolouration / tarnishing may possibly occur and is not covered under the warranty.

Goods being returned under Warranty are to be sent for inspection, at the Buyers cost, to Black Widow Exhausts Ltd, Unit 8 High Barns, Roxton, Beds MK44 3ET, complete with the original invoice and explanation of return. Goods will then be assessed and the Buyer informed of the outcome. If it has been deemed by Black Widow Exhausts that the warranty claim is not valid the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs or can instruct Black Widow Exhausts to dispose of the goods.

Silencer / muffler length & noise level explained:-

200mm to 230mm; Our shortest and lightest silencers. Designed for an aggressive sound (removable baffle)

300mm to 360mm; Intermediate silencers for a higher sound level than OEM (removable baffle)

400mm; Slightly smaller and lighter than most OEM silencers / mufflers. Designed to be slightly louder and less restrictive than the original (removable baffle).

Performance Race use only, our silencers do not have BSAU, EU or TUV Type Approval. Please be sure to make the necessary local enquiries before purchasing.
