Olympus Trip AF Mini with 34mm f/3.5 Prime Lens - Thoroughly Tested, Full Working Order & Excellent Condition

The Olympus Trip AF mini is close cousin of the Leica Mini and the Minolta Freedom Escort. The three cameras share a lot of internal components which is obvious when you look at them side-by-side with their backs open - they are nearly indestinguishable.

All the camera functions have been thoroughly tested and the camera is fully working with responsive metering, clean precise controls and prompt responses.

The lens is in superb condition - clean, clear and unmarked, the viewfinder is clear & bright, the foam light seal around the film window (by design the only one in the camera) is in good condition and the battery compartment is very clean with no signs of corrosion.

The camera body is in superb condition - completely unmarked. The camera body is in excellent condition - no marking but there is just a little paint loss.

For anybody who doesn't know this camera already, you can find a copy of the user documentation at Mike Butkus' famous site but if you decide to print a copy please do make a contribution to keep this invaluable site running.

This camera requires a single CR123A battery for power - these are widely available and come in both standard and rechargeable formats.

Film Camera Metering & Shutter Speeds - to be absolutely correct I must highlight that, unless specifically stated, the accuracy of the metering and shutter speeds have not been technically tested but I am happy to warrant they are correct within the latitude of modern film.

Lenses - I always highlight any major dust (of course there is always micro-dust in older lenses!), fungus or other imperfections I see in a lens as I want to be scrupulously precise about the condition. However, the overwhelming consensus of an internet search is that dust, light fungus and even light scratches have no effect whatsoever on picture quality.

Batteries - due to increasingly stringent regulations regarding postage of batteries, unless otherwise stated, all equipment is supplied without batteries.
