A charming collection of fourteen antique Victorian and Edwardian stoneware ink bottles and small utility bottles in rich brown salt-glazed tones.
The group includes a lovely variety of shapes and sizes, ranging from miniature chemist and ink bottles through to taller cylindrical examples with pouring lips. Together they make a beautiful decorative collection and display wonderfully in rustic interiors, country kitchens, studies or alongside antique books and paintings.
Most examples are unmarked, however the collection does include:
• A tall brown Doulton Lambeth stoneware ink bottle with pourer
• A Lovatt & Lovatt tall brown stoneware ink bottle with pourer
The warm treacle, chocolate and tan glazes look particularly striking grouped together and would also work beautifully as prop pieces or decorative shelf styling.

A genuine antique collection with age-related wear throughout. Some examples have small chips and nibbles, mostly to the smaller bottles, alongside general firing imperfections, glaze wear and surface marks consistent with age and use.
