Depending on weight and size, all items are dispatched using Royal Mail or a Courier service. We send anything too big or heavy for the Large Letter Class via Courier. Please get in touch with us if you have any issues with how your item(s) will be sent.
To protect both the seller and buyer, all items over £50.00 are sent using a signed for service, and you will need to ensure someone is at home to receive the parcel.

Items are shipped regularly, with regular working hours between Monday and Friday. Most items are dispatched on the day of payment when payment is received in time. Otherwise, they are usually sent the next working day; however, please allow up to three working days for dispatch. No items are dispatched during a weekend or public holiday.
We cannot guarantee a delivery day nor offer a timed delivery. If you want a timed delivery, contact us before bidding or buying. It is not always possible, and an extra charge will be incurred when it is.
Per eBay Seller Protection policy, we can only dispatch items to the buyer's registered address as supplied by eBay. Suppose you require your item to be sent to an alternative address. You are welcome to collect your item from our store in Colwyn Bay on the North Wales Coast should you wish to do so.

We offer a 12-month warranty Against Mechanical Breakdowns on all our used equipment.
This does not include accidental damage, shutter/mirror breakdown over the company's rated amount, or loss or theft.
For our vintage items, such as film cameras, this warranty does not cover failed light seals, classified as wear and tear.
Please keep a copy of your receipt, which is enclosed with your delivery.

DISCLAIMER - we have no connection with this website and provide this shutter count to help your buying decision - we cannot state with 100% accuracy how correct the shutter count reading is - but we have no reason to dispute it.
Photographs - We DO NOT use Google/stock images for any of our second-hand goods sold on eBay. We take them when listing and use them as part of the condition description.
Inventory - We sell all our items via our website, the High Street Store, and other web places. If one of our listings is corrupted, we can cancel the order and refund your money. We use a 3rd Party App to link our inventory; sometimes, things get corrupted. You will see this as the description and the title may not be related.
