I am selling a single piece of the vintage, sought-after
GROMMES 221A Mono Tube Power Amplifier
All tubes are included, and they are all vintage.
I plugged it in a variac, slowly turned up to 80v. The amp produced good sound to the connected speaker. When adjusting the Gain and Midrange controls, there was some noise in the output. So, those pots may need some cleaning.
I also show the circuitry underneath. The amp appears to be all original.
Physical condition is really good for the age. No nasty wear or rust.
