This is the blue Canon IXY 10S, the Japanese branded version of the American Canon PowerShot SD3500. It's the exact same camera (see last picture)
Camera does have some wear with use, with some small dings on the top of camera and a very small ding on the corner of the LCD screen that does not inhibit use (see pictures).
Camera was tested and works great (see picture).
Comes with the battery, charger, installation cd, av cord, box, and manuals. Does not come with sd card.
