This is a Bush transistor radio , model number VTR 143B, radio museum my go to source of info have this down as about 1967. It is in okay condition for it's age ,I removed the battery cover and tried a quick bodge attempt to get it going with the wrong battery but to no avail.but I also feel it does not click on and off correctly? The tuning seems to work fine and aerial looks to be intact. Seems a nice project and I could easily live with it's looks without changing a thing. Due to age though there will be obvious wear and tear,please study the photos carefully and make your own judgement. U.K. only . Item will be sent via royal mail tracked 48 .
