Almost half a century, floppies have been used in various fields of life. Floppy disks found application everywhere – the first personal computers, various electronic devices and a huge range of musical instruments. All they use floppy disks to store and transfer information. Many of these musical devices are more durable than the musical devices, produced in our days and they are still working. It is complicated or even impossible to use the device without working floppy drive.
Unfortunately, the biggest problem is that the floppy drives are difficult to find, because they are not produced anymore. With N-Drive, you can breathe new life into your favorite musical instrument. Nalbantov USB Floppy Emulator N-Drive can be installed on almost any musical equipment, manufactured with a floppy drive.
N-Drive 100 is a basic model floppy emulator. It has all the features you need to replace your floppy disk drive. Instead of floppy disks you can use a flash drive. You can store up to 100 floppy disks in a single USB flash drive. This emulator version has limited support for Mac OS. We can offer new emulator models which support this operating system: N-Drive 1000 and N-Drive eXtreme. Note: You can use the search bar on top to find the proper version for your equipment.

Panel Controls:
Selection buttons – Use the selection buttons to set the number of the virtual floppy disk. The selected file will boot from the USB flash drive.
LED display – LED display shows the number of current virtual floppy disk.
Green Indicator (Status LED) – The Green Indicator is placed above the selection buttons. When your device is loading a virtual floppy disk, the green indicator will be flashing or it will be lit on constantly.
USB port – Use the USB port for inserting a compatible USB flash drive.
The included software is supported by the following operating systems:
Windows 2008, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10
Optional – Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows 2000
Note: With a proper floppy drive, you can transfer your old floppy disks by yourself or you can send us your floppy disks and we will download the files. The first 3 floppy disks will be free of charge.

Nalbantov Electronics is a family company founded by Dimitar Nalbantov – Bulgarian musician and electronics expert. In 1978, parallel to his musical career, Nalbantov engages in the field of engineering and starts a job at a robotics and computerization factory.
He starts to work at the Bulgarian Academy of Science, developing computer and robotics systems with his team. Later Dimitar carries out his specialization in Hungary and Switzerland.
