Frame in ok shape, normal chain rub by the crank which isnt deep just cosmetic and by the right down tube shifter it appears to have a hole “punched” into the frame. Its perfectly circular. This isnt deep and just appears to be the outer layer of carbon. These old kevlar carbon frames have multiple layers so this should not be a safety concern, its not squishy and still rigid, no cracks spreading out from it. Filling it with resin and sanding it down would be the best option if needed. Id feel fine riding this after so.

Head tube is sized for one inch forks.

This can be converted to 700c if you have the drop outs to swap.
