Prima della consegna della merce, il corriere potrà telefonarTi per stabilire dei particolari. Pertanto Ti chiediamo di fornirci il numero di telefono. Non fornendoci il numero di telefono necessario, le tempestiche della consegna potrebbero essere prolungate .
Nel caso del reclamo dovuto al danneggiamento dell'oggetto durante il trasporto, ti chiediamo di inviarci il rapporto dei danni compilato al momento della consegna, in presenza del corriere. In tal caso ti chiediamo di aprire il pacco in presenza del corriere e di controllare lo stato del prodotto. Solo in questo caso saremo in grado di controllare se la parte consegnata era effettivamente coerente con la descrizione e proporne eventualmente un'altra.
Se non sarai in grado di documentare l'incompatibilità del prodotto con la descrizione o mostrare il malfunzionamento del prodotto durante la presentazione del reclamo (tramite foto o filmati), la riparazione o la sostituzione avverrà solamente dopo la restituzione del prodotto e dopo il controllo dello stato del prodotto da parte nostra.

Tempo di realizzazione e spedizione
Vendiamo i nostri prodotti esclusivamente su Internet. Non c'è la possibilità di ritirare personalmente il prodotto.
La merce verrà spedita entro 2-3 giorni lavorativi dal momento del ricevimento del pagamento, anche se il tempo di spedizione potrà essere prorogato fino a 10 giorni lavorativi. Se avrai particolari urgenze, contattaci prima.
Dopo aver spedito la merce riceverai un' e-mail con la tracciabilità del pacco che ti permetterà di controllare lo stato della spedizione. Se la merce non verrà consegnata entro 5-7 giorni lavorativi dal momento della spedizione, Ti chiediamo gentilmente di contattarci, in tale caso saremo in grado di contattare il corriere e di chiarire il caso.

After payment is made the order can be send straight away. In case any cancellations we might not be able to stop the parcel. In this case buyer covers return postage cost.
If you are not sure whether a particular exhaust fits your car, please send us message with your car details and hold on with your payment after we confirm if the part will fit. When the payment is made it means you approved us to send the goods right away.
Before delivering the parcel our courier calls a client. Therefore you should give your telephone number, together with the address. If you don’t do this, we cannot take a responsibility for the delivery time.
Any complaints connected with damages or defects of the delivered parcel will be admitted only when a client presents a damage report, which should be drawn immediately after the collection of the delivery, in a courier's presence. In this case please open the package in a courier's presence and check the item. When the item is damaged please reject acceptance.
In case when a part does not fit the car, for which it was purchased, a buyer undertakes to send us (on our request) a copy of registration card of the car.
In case a client is not able to prove a fault or a damage of the silencer, (by sending us a photograph/a movie) the repair or change of the item will proceed once the product is sent back and examined by us. If a defect is detected after the item had been mounted, we do not cover the costs of its demounting and mounting again.
In case when the product size exceeds the admissible overall dimensions of a parcel (is more than 2 meters long), it can be cut into two parts. Then we attach original elements with which the parts can be joined together.
Turnaround times and shipping
We only sell our products via an online store. Collections are not possible.
We usually dispatch goods within 2-3 business days of payment. However when the lots of orders are made dispatch time might take up to 10 business days after the payment is received. If you need your order immediately please contact us.
Once the item is posted You will receive a package ID, so You can track it during transport. If you won't receive your order in 10 working days please contact us so we can check it with the shipping company. The delivery time depends on the destination. It takes approx 5 working days to most of the countries. Because of the custom clearance delivery to the UK takes a few days longer.
