How XADO Heavy Duty Works
XADO Heavy Duty creates a unique, high-strength metal-ceramic protective layer on the surfaces of engine components. This coating not only restores worn metal surfaces but also compensates for ongoing wear, improves the mating of parts within a short time, and provides active protection against overload and overheating.
The formation of this metal-ceramic layer (revitalization) takes 50–70 engine hours. Oil changes during this period are not recommended.
Compatible with all standard types of engine oils. It does not alter oil viscosity or physicochemical properties.
Application
Before use, ensure the product temperature is at least +25 °C.
The engine oil temperature must reach 70 °C or higher.
Shake the bottle thoroughly.
Add the entire contents through the engine’s oil filler opening when the engine is warmed to operating temperature.
Start the engine and let it idle for 3–5 minutes, then operate the machine normally.
Notes
One 500 ml bottle is designed for engines with an oil system volume of up to 25 liters.
After adding the product, ensure the oil level does not exceed the maximum dipstick mark.
Do not overdose.
XADO Maximum Heavy Duty is intended for single-cycle application and is not recommended for engines with lubrication systems under 10 liters.
Important Warnings
⚠️ Not suitable for internal combustion engines equipped with special hardened cylinder coatings such as Alusil, Lokasil, Nikasil, Galnikal, due to the absence of material needed to form a stable metal-ceramic layer.
⚠️ Not recommended for passenger cars or light-duty vehicles. The concentration of active components differs significantly from conditioners designed for smaller engines (e.g., XADO Maximum), and misuse may lead to improper engine operation or reduced service life.
