New never used. 3 compartments, a slash pocket for hydration bladder behind the straps, and 3 side pouch pockets. Few tiny comestic spots of melted rubber band (see photo #5) on the compression straps inside the main compartment, I scrapped them off, leaving behind caked rubber dust—I presume it is manufacturer's error. It really is nothing.
