While it does power on and there is a full picture I can not get a signal to it from my Nintendo. Something definitely needs to be fixed for this to work. This is being sold strictly as-is for repair or parts. Having said this I will pack this very carefully to ensure that it comes as pictured. Comes with base. Antenna is complete and does extend fully. Housing shows some marks but no cracks or other breaks. TV is “loose” on base and not sure if there’s supposed to be a screw or something to attach. Comes as pictured.
