We work hard to get the best rates for shipping.  We use a flat rate to ship to Canada and the lower 48 states.  This way the customer can see the shipping rate and can better gauge the total price.  Our shipping price includes handling charges.  These handling fees cover the box, packaging and labor to get the product to you, which allows us to start the initial bidding price lower.  Please understand that this is a cost for us and please do not leave negative feedback on shipping. Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

Packages under 50 LBS:

All packages and freight shipments bound for the USA will originate from our warehouse in Calgary, AB, Canada. The majority of our packages are transported via courier to our distribution facility in Sweetgrass MT.

This extra step actually saves our customers the added cost of customs fees and the item usually arrives much faster than regular parcel post.

These packages are shipped through UPS, USPS, or Fedex Ground.  This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa, which will incur an additional shipping fee.  Please contact us for the additional cost.

Packages over 50 LBS, irregularly shaped, or over sized:

These packages must be shipped via freight shipments/LTL.  There will be a minimum $50.00 handling fee added to the shipping cost.  This includes palletizing, banding, and packaging.  You will need to include additional information for freight shipments.

2.      Is there a loading dock available? If no loading dock or forklift available there will be an additional fee of $95.00 for a delivery truck equipped with a power tailgate

We use a few different carriers to get the best pricing for our customers.  We will use the carrier that will ship to you the fastest and most cost effective, as well as the carrier, which will transport your item a safe as possible.

Information Required for Shipping via Freight / LTL 

1.      Full Name or Company Name and associated IRS Tax Id number

2.      Address including: City, State/City, Province, Zip Code, Country

3.      Phone number of the person capable of receiving the shipment.

4.      If a dock or forklift is available (if applicable)

5.      Name and email of import broker, you can you ours if you don’t have one. We will bill you back what we get charged from them.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally through eBay’s Global shipping Program. Check the listing to see if the receiving country is available through this service.  If your item goes through eBay’s global shipping program, once it is received by the carrier it is out of our control.  EBay sets the shipping, and sends the item out on their time frame.  For more information about this program refer to eBay’s global shipping program link. Please check before you bid the laws of your country in regards to the item you will be importing.  This is your responsibility.  Also, be aware of the dollar amount you are allowed to import, there may be additional import, brokerage and taxes. Any item purchased that is over the allowed dollar amount to import, or if the item is prohibited for import will be canceled.   We will not change the item description or the invoice amount for custom purposes.  

Pick Up/Buyer Scheduled Shipments

Please note:  Buyer who requests local pick-up, or who has scheduled their own shipping, must pick up/have item scheduled for pick up within 60 days of payment or the item will be considered abandoned.  No refund will be given and item will become of Joint Advantage Corp to resell or dispose of.
