Warning! The AA battery compartment doesn't work, although the military battery compartment works, and as compensation it comes with 35 of those specific batteries.
Comes with the PVS-5 unit itself, the dedicated military issued carry case, snap on head band for used without helmets, a 3D printed Dovetail adapter and two washers for said adapter, 35 of those military batteries, a crappy IR 850nm flashlight (takes 18650 cells and does not come with any), objective and ocular lens caps, and no warranty.
Both tubes are early gen 2. I cannot tell if the tiny blems are from the tubes or the glass. The blems are so tiny that the camera doesn't really pick them up and they are practically invisible when you're trying to not trip while walking around. Otherwise the image looks great. I do not have a spec sheet for either tube and I have no idea what it's specs are.
This unit functions great except for the AA compartment not functioning and overall has very minor flaws in both of the final images. Both objective lenses do appear to have scratches on the surface, although the final image doesn't appear to be effected by the scratches, and looks relatively clear.
Selling them because their mixed street lighting performance is practically on par with normal eye vision, although that appears to be how early gen 2 tubes just perform rather than a quirk of this specific unit. In a nighttime environment that doesn't have any man made light sources nearby they work surprisingly well in my opinion.
Something I've noticed with these tubes is that the lowest daylight setting on a lot of optics seems to only bloom a little bit and be decently useable, which I found nice for some budget optics that don't include a night vision setting, but this is going to vary optic to optic and not something that is reliable or a replacement for a night vision setting.
