UK Domestic Orders

• Free and fully insured Royal Mail Special Delivery.
• For PayPal purchases, as per PayPal requirements, we can only ship your order to the address approved by PayPal.
• For your and our security, all orders are shipped with a signature required. Please be sure an adult, who is authorized to sign for your package, will be available at the designated shipping address. We will notify you when the item has been dispatched and confirm the delivery date.

International Orders:

• For orders over 750.00 GBP, we charge a flat rate of 75.00 GBP to ship via FedEx or UPS Priority International.
• Additional costs, such as customs, import duties, VAT, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or the shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying/ordering.

Warranty

All parts found to be defective by WT Time Pieces LTD Service Centre, as a result of manufacturing fault, will be replaced or repaired at no cost to you, at the discretion of our service centre.

Damage or defects arising from mishandling, incorrect or abusive use and water damage/moisture (in non-water resistant watches) will not be covered under our warranty. Furthermore, any repairs not authorised or performed by WT Time Pieces LTD will not be covered by this warranty and will in fact be null and void.

Your watch must be operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers operating instructions. This information is available online at no cost to you.

• All timepieces purchased from WT Time Pieces may be returned or exchanged within 14-days of receiving your watch. All watches must be in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price (minus our actual shipping costs) or store credit for an exchange.
• When your timepiece arrives, please make sure to inspect the watch before wearing or removing any tags or factory tape (on brand new watches). Check over the watch to see that it is in perfect working order and has been accurately described. Once the watch is worn or sized (and even if it is unworn but the plastics/tags have been removed) we cannot accept a return of the watch.
• If, after wearing or sizing your watch, you notice that there is a mechanical problem, we will ALWAYS repair it under warranty. We back our pre-owned watches with a 12-month warranty against any mechanical flaws. (Please see the Warranty tab for more information)

There is a huge market for used watches; however it can sometimes be difficult and painful to figure out how exactly to go about selling yours or finding the best place to sell your watch. One of the most common questions we receive is, "How do I sell you my watch?" or "What is the process for selling my watch to you?" Step 1 - Getting a Quote

Our valuations department offers a professional and confidential service tailored to meet your needs. All we require is an email with the brand, model number and a brief description of the condition of the watch. If you are able to provide photos, it will be helpful in providing the most accurate quote. Upon receipt of the requested information, we will review and usually provide an estimate within 6 hours of your enquiry. One of our friendly and knowledgeable representatives will be happy to answer any questions and provide a quote directly over the phone. Please note some watches will require additional time to accurately determine the quote. In these cases, will offer to call you back.

Step 2 - Price agreed, its shipping time.

So you're happy with the price quoted. Although most watches are durable and reliable, you still want to protect them during the shipping process.

We recommend that you place the watch in a zip-lock bag or in it's original box. Then wrap the bagged watch or box in bubble wrap, or other well-padded material, and then place it in the centre of a small rigid cardboard box with additional padding around it.

Then ship the watch tracked and signed for with an express option used. We recommend you insure the watch.

Step 3 - We've received your watch.

Once your package arrives, it is opened and evaluated on camera by one of our in-house watch experts. The entire process is recorded on video - from the moment your package is opened and then throughout the entire evaluation, to ensure that your watch is assessed in the exact same condition in which we received it.

Step 4 - Getting paid!

Once we confirm that your watch matches the description, one of our representatives will call or email you to confirm the agreed upon purchase amount. At this point in time, you can select how you would like us to send you your money. We can either mail you a check, or wire you the total amount of the purchase price, so that you can have your cash the very same day! (This can be agreed upon before hand).

Payment Details

• We can accept credit cards and debit cards directly, through PayPal and eBay including AMEX.
• We will ONLY ship to the shipping address that PayPal provides on the payment "Transaction Details" page. To help guard against stolen credit cards and identity theft, NO exceptions will be made. If you need us to ship to an alternate address, we can only accept bank wires.
• We cannot accept multiple PayPal payments for an item. PayPal requires a seller to accept only ONE PayPal payment per transaction
• We accept payments in GBP - British Pound, USD - US Dollars, EUR - Euro, Bank Wire, PayPal, Cash.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

• The Buyer pays ALL import duties, taxes, and fees…These charges are your responsibility
• The customs process can cause a delay in receiving your package. All packages are subject to inspection by your country's customs department. Every country is different in how they process a package.
• Most countries outside of Europe charge customs duties, taxes, and fees on items being imported. You are responsible to know your Country's importing laws and taxes.
• Import duties, taxes, and fees are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying
• Duties, taxes, and fees are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or upon item pickup. Do NOT confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Yes we accept Trade In, Trade Up and Trade Down.

After receiving a quote, you will have a good idea of the trade-in credit you should expect to receive for your watch. You can then browse our website for the watch that you wish to own next. Once we receive your watch, your trade-in credit will be applied, and you will only be charged the difference in price. After payment is made, we will send your new watch right to your doorstep, with next-day, insured shipping.

In the event that you wish to trade down, we will pay you the difference in the value of the watch you are trading in, and the watch you will be receiving. We can either send you a cheque, or directly wire you the money, so that you can receive your cash the very same day!

• How does it work?

  Easy! We sell for you. We handle everything for you including: research, pricing, professional photography, description, shipping and finalizing the sale of your items.

• What are the fees?

  Negotiable % of final sale price depending on the watch + VAT

  Fees only apply to watch if sold, which means there are no upfront fees to consign with us.

• Do you only sell certain brands?

  Yes please see below. Please send us the details via email of your watch including brand, model, purchase price you're hoping to acquire, style and age, in order for us to determine if we will accept your item. We may be unable to determine an accurate selling price prior to viewing the item as condition may greatly impact the value.

• How do I get my watch to you?

  Your items must be shipped to our office. Please contact us via email or phone so that we can give you shipping information. If we cannot sell your watch before the deadline, we will contact you and we will return it to you at no charge.

• Is there a fee if I want to cancel the consignment agreement?

  Once the consignment process has started, we charge a return fee of £75 for agreements cancelled before 90 days.

• If I send my watch to you, will you pay for shipping?

  We will only cover the cost to return your watch in the case that it doesn't sell or you wish to cancel the consignment agreement.

• What happens if my watch doesn't sell?

  We will do the best we can to sell your watch. If it does not sell within the agreed upon time frame, we will contact you with further options.

• How long before a consignment consultant contacts me?

  In most cases, you will receive a response within 12hrs. However, once your information is submitted it may take up to 48hrs for a response.

• Where do I check on the status of my items?

  You may send an e-mail requesting the status of your item.

• I am unsure about the authenticity of my watch. Will you make sure it's genuine?

  WT Time Pieces guarantees the authenticity of every watch it sells, we will closely evaluate and research your watch in order to ensure its authenticity prior to attempting to sell it.

• Do you accept Trade-ins? I would like to trade in my watch?

  We do accept trade-ins on certain watches. Please email the details of your watch and what you wish to trade it for.

• Why not just buy my watch outright?

  We may decide to buy your watch depending on the brand, overall condition, and asking price.

• Will anyone know it is my watch that you are selling?

  We take confidentiality very seriously. The only way anyone will know it was your watch is if your name is signed on the warranty card. If privacy is your concern, we will block out your name from the warranty card.

• When will I get paid?

  Payments are made 30 days after the sale of your watch. As we offer a 14 day return period on all our watches.
