I will never use stock photos. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will get. The camera I use does what it does when it take pictures. It's automatic. The pictures come out weird, the lighting is different etc.. that is out of my control. I just point and shoot, I'm not a professional picture taker. I don't use Photoshop or anything. you can see the staining or the colorization in the photos, it just appears better. I picked a high quality camera (cell phone) so that you see every detail on the item in high definition. Sometimes they come out blurry no matter how many times i take it, I don't know why, maybe the way the item reflects the light or something, please keep this all in mind when viewing them.

I have recently become disabled & can’t work. I am going to try and make this a full time business to help myself become productive and make a living with my new disabilities. Please take this in consideration when it comes to replies on messages. I have to take frequent breaks and rest due to days of chronic pain. I have been selling on eBay since 2009, and have learned many things while doing so. I am an individual, not a business or corporation. I try my best to give you the best service with my disability, and what I have available to me.

Things to consider before bidding:

I do online research for every item that I list, and describe the item as best I can. If there are any misinterpretations, please remember that I am not an expert, and that I can make mistakes. If you have any information to give me about an item that I have listed, please do; I appreciate your input. The electronic items have not been professionally cleaned. I do my best to make them look presentable without risking damage to the item. My conditions may sound harsh, but I am an honest person, and I try my best to make everyone happy. Unfortunately, there are dishonest people out there, and I need to protect myself from them. I will report any dishonest activity to eBay or the proper authorities.

Terms and conditions:

By placing a bid or a “buy it now,” you are agreeing to all of these terms and conditions. Please read everything before bidding. Once you place a bid, you are bound to purchase that item. There are rare cases where you change your mind, or make a mistake. If it has been an hour since you placed a bid, and the reason is legit, I can cancel the bid.

Auctions:

After you win the bid, you have 10 days to complete the purchase or contact me. After 10 days, I will begin a non-payment action. I am very lenient compared to other sellers; I will hold an item for an additional 10 days, but you must contact me within 10 days of the winning bid. Per eBay, the maximum hold time for auctions after they are won is 30 days (it would have to be a very good reason for me to hold one for that long); after that, I am forced to do a non-payment action in order to get my fees back.

Buy it now:

You have three days after you complete a “buy it now” purchase to pay. When you click the button, you are committing to buy the item: that is eBay policy, and I will abide by it. If no payment is received after three days, I will send a non-payment claim. No excuses; you have chosen to buy it now. Mistakes happen; people change their mind--you have three days to contact me and resolve the issue.
 
Shipping:

eBay automatically calculates the shipping based on the weight and dimensions entered by me, always request combine shipping, sometimes upgrade to flat rate makes it cheaper. Combining shipping is always going to be manually done by me, just request a new invoice to combine shipping before paying. I don't like it automatically done by eBay, mistakes could be made that you or me would not be happy with. I want shipping as cheap as possible while maximizing the security of the shipment to prevent damage or lost, so if the shipping doesn't look right, please request a new invoice and I'll fix it.

I will ship the item as soon as possible, normally I drop off packages on Mondays every week. Tuesday through Saturday, if I can get to the post office, or it is small enough to drop off in the outbound mailbox, I will do it, but it would be mornings only. Orders placed after 8 am Pacific Time will be shipped on the morning of the following business day, with one exception: I will ship small First Class packages on Saturday morning if time allows. I do not ship on holidays, and do not consider myself responsible for shipping delays caused by holiday traffic. If there are natural disasters; you should expect delays if these occur in your area, or during transit. All packages, except Standard Mail (usually I send single cards this way, or small paper products) will have tracking numbers. If you request a tracking number for items shipped by Standard Mail, you will be charged an additional .80 for this option. I use recycled boxes and packaging materials, and I also use old used penny sleeves, and other supplies whenever possible. It keeps the shipping costs down, and it's environmentally friendly, which I strongly support. Please note that the boxes I repurpose a lot of times are Amazon prime boxes. I don’t use Amazon prime to ship, I just reuse boxes I find.

Domestic US:

Shipping policy has changed. You may see some old items with free shipping, either they are old items or it’s for a special reason. I will only use USPS to ship packages, I do not find the other services reliable enough to use. Under 13 ounces will most likely be shipped eBay standard letter with tracking. USPS sometimes won't honor this service and charge a non machinable fee. I am not responsible for this fee, it is out of my control (fee varies between .40-60 cents). There is no way I could prepay this fee. This doesn't happen very often, but it does happen. I will ship this 100% compliance with eBay's policy. On the eBays standard envelope with tracking service, the tracking on this service is not reliable, I talked with USPS and they only scan the bar code when they are doing a survey. It will sometimes show tracking info, most of the time won't. Was told By USPS that scanning these is not required by the carrier. Please wait till it's overdue before contacting me about tracking info. If there is a charge over 1.00, message me before leaving neutral or negative feedback, we can work something out. Large coins and tokens will be shipped using USPS Ground. USPS Ground is calculated by eBay, If it's cheaper to ship it flat rate, I'll upgrade to that and refund the difference. Media mail will be a flat rate of 4.15 to 6.00 max, depending on weight & where they are going to (eBay should calculate the shipping cost). Large lots of heavy items will most likely be shipped USPS Flat Rate Boxes of padded bubble wrap mailers. These are going to be the most common services of shipping, of course, there will be exceptions and the price will be clear on those shipments. If there is combined shipping with different multiple shipping costs, it will always be based on the highest shipping cost, plus any added weight or box sizes added to the combined total.

If you want your item(s) faster, please message me before paying and I'll send you an invoice for either Priority or Express Mail—the choice is up to you. You must pay this shipping charge plus the price of your item(s). If it costs me less to ship Priority Mail instead of Post, I'll upgrade to priority; you are not responsible for this charge.

International:

I only accept international shipping through eBay's intentional shipping program. I ship it to them then it is eBay's responsibility after that. I will not ship internationally if it doesn't involve eBay's program. It's too dangerous and too much of a profit hit for the losses and thefts that can come from shipping internationally without going through eBay.

Insurance:

eBay does not allow me to ask for insurance from buyers anymore. Most packages are automatically insured with USPS now, so this is no longer an Issue.

Packaging & Handling:

I ship each package with care, using the necessary packing materials to help your item ship as safely as possible. I use bubble wrap, air cushioning, or whatever else I have available that will minimize the risk of damage during transport. Sometimes I put items that are in boxes or plastic (like action figures) in bubble wrap mailers because it is cheaper to send them this way. I do my best to mark the package with "Do Not Crush" or "Fragile". If this concerns you, ask for an upgrade to Priority shipping, or request to have it shipped in a box. There will be an extra handling charge for this service. Please request a new invoice me before paying so I can update the invoice. All glass and other breakable items will be shipped in boxes.

Other shipping notes:

I only ship to confirmed addresses. I will not ship to any address other than the one on file with eBay. It is up to you to update your address. Once it says delivered, my obligation ends, unless the item isn’t described correctly or something else happens that is not shipping related. If it is returned to me, it is up to you, the customer, to have it shipped back to the correct address and pay the reshipping charge, or apply for a refund minus the original cost of shipping. I will not send CD Keys through email for games to avoid having the game shipped. If you buy a game from me, you get the game with the CD Key. I have no way of verifying if you received the CD Key, so please do not ask.

Returns:

You have up to 30 days to return the item, counting from date of delivery, (at your cost) to receive a refund. E-mail me first before sending the item back. Sometimes it is not worth the effort, and I'll let you keep the item and work out a deal with you. If you notice something I have missed, partial refunds are always an option. I am human and just as capable of making mistakes as anyone else. A lot of items have no returns and there are various reasons why.  Opening sealed products destroys most of the item’s value. I disallow returns on large lots of items because I have no way of verifying or proving that a dishonest person took what they wanted and sent the rest back. Small lots of items do qualify for refunds, as I have all of these items pictured in the listing. Games or software with CD keys are also excluded; I have no way to verify that you are not using the CD Key. Also note that I can't tell if previous buyers used this key. This should be assumed, along with the other risks involved in buying used software. If the product is damaged, or there is theft of parts, you will get a partial refund depending on the damage and loss. Items with manufacturer defects, or items not working on what they are intended to when they were released, will not be considered for returns. Example: a Windows 95 program not working on Windows Vista, or a 1990 bicycle grip not working on a 2010 bicycle. Fakes and fraudulent items are automatically refunded. I do not intend to sell these, and make every attempt to verify the item as authentic, but mistakes can happen; I am not a professional grader. remember always ask, even if the listing shows no returns, I'd rather work it out with you personally.
