Yes, I have used them, 25 years ago, they were fine then. No, I haven't tested them recently, and frankly, if sound quality or original speakers is a priority, you're going to have to prioritize one or the other, those are mutually exclusive. If you want perfect speakers sound quality, 1960s speakers are not likely to deliver it.
No, I'm not going to open them up and take photos. These are only impressive for the exterior design, not the 60 year old internals.
Shipping will have to be figured out based on the buyers location, preferred method and transportation company, or pick them up in San Diego
Sold as is, no refunds, no returns, and once you've bought them, I can deliver them to a transportation company in San Diego, such as UPS, and that is the limit of my involvement - getting paid for them, and then getting them to someone who will package and transport them at your cost. Or I can deliver them to a furniture refinishing company, and you can have them perfect the speakers before you get them delivered
It looks like UPS will charge between 200 and 300 dollars, that's only an estimate.
