RESTOCKING FEE:

• We understand that sometimes, items may need to be returned for reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we have a friendly policy in place to cover the costs associated with restocking.

• Please note that a Up to 50% restocking fee applies to items returned when the issue is not attributed to any fault on our part. This fee helps us offset the expenses incurred in processing returns, restocking inventory and covering ever increasing shipping costs, ensuring that we can continue to offer you quality products and exceptional service.

• We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making our return process efficient for both you and us. If you have any questions or concerns about our restocking fee policy, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

POLICIES:

• Shipping prices apply only to the continental United States. Unless the item is small, shipping to AK, HI, GU, PR, or other non-contiguous US will incur additional fees. International shipping will have an international shipping rate, please contact us for a quote.

• Items shipped by freight MUST be shipped to a business with a dock or forklift; otherwise liftgate and/or residential delivery fees may apply. Please be sure to include your BUSINESS ADDRESS with the payment if purchasing LARGE FREIGHT ITEMS.

• Most items ship the same day if ordered by 12pm CST. Processing time for small and medium items is 1 business day, 2 business days for oversized items or freight shipments (Hoods, Door shells, Engines, Transmissions etc.)

• Any international customs fees must be paid by customer. International shipments may be subject to Import Tax and Duty Charges, which is the BUYERS responsibility.

• To pass our shipping savings onto you, we may alternate between FedEx, USPS or UPS depending on which is most affordable and/or faster.

• You are welcome to pick up your item at our warehouse location - please contact us for the address.

RETURN POLICY:

• All returns must be made and will be accepted within 30 days of item being received by the customer.

• Buyer is fully responsible for the shipping cost of the return unless stated otherwise. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You will be refunded the purchase price minus our shipping costs as soon as item is received by us.

• We are not liable to pay for any labor fees associated with the installation or removal of any parts we sell.
