Serviced 1951 Olympia SM1 Typewriter Burgundy Bordeaux Vintage Working w/ Case

Mechanical Performance: This 1951 Olympia SM1 was just professionally serviced and is in perfect working order.
Cosmetic State: The machine features the highly desirable "Bordeaux" Maroon crinkle-paint finish. The paint is in very good condition for its age. We noted two rub marks on the front bottom edge, and a shiny spot on the top right corner where the crinkle finish was worn. The chrome is bright and the machine is very clean.
Case & Accessories: Includes the original wood-framed carrying case, which is structurally sound but does have some wear from age. The latch snaps securely.
Ready to Write: A fresh ribbon has been installed and it types clearly - see photo of the font.
The typewriter case measures 14-3/8 x 14-1/2 x 6-1/2" and weighs 18 lbs 12 oz.
We will carefully pack it to arrive safely to you.
