• All orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday.
• Shipping insurance is included unless the checkout shows an option for insurance.
• We can combine shipping for multiple items, however please ask us for exact rates.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
• Free Shipping offers are only available to destinations in the continental US.
• Estimated carrier delivery times don't include our in house processing time.
• Items shipped internationally are sold AS-IS due the cost of shipping back and forth.
• Failed deliveries because of customer's absence at requested delivery address, or incorrect address provided to us will result in additional charges to the buyer.

Local pickups: Buyers do have the option to pickup their item(s) at our retail store in Warrenton, OR to save on shipping costs. There is a $5.00 service charge for this method. All payments must be processed 24 hours before coming in for pickup.

Payment

All payments for international orders must be paid for by PayPal (no other methods accepted)

Phone in payment: If you don't want to disclose your credit card information online, we have a phone in option during business hours (Monday - Friday 10:00 AM To 6:00 PM PST) We can accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, And American Express. There is a $2.50 service charge for this method as it takes time for our sales representatives to manually process the orders.

Sales Tax: We are located in Oregon which does not have a state sales tax, so you don't have to pay sales tax on any of your orders from our online store.

Store Policies

• All sales are final. Returns of product, other than those with defects are subject to a 25% restocking fee and you will not be refunded the original shipping for any reason.
• Shipping costs on all returned items, defective or not are to be paid by the customer and are non-refundable for any reason. We will ship the replacement part at no charge.
• All returns must be pre-approved by customer service and they will provide an RMA#
• The customer must package the item being returned as if it were new and working.
• Failure to package the item correctly will invalidate the RMA# as well as the warranty.
• Items must be received back at our warehouse within (10) days of issuing the RMA#
• Once received, all items will be fully tested and serial numbers will be verified.
• Defective items will be replaced, only if the auction states they will not be DOA.
• Defective items may be replaced by a comparable part of equal or higher value.
• If a replacement is not in stock, a refund will be issued within 2-3 business days
• NO RETURNS OR RMA'S AFTER 10 DAYS OF CARRIER'S RECORDED DELIVERY DATE!
• It's very important that you test the item(s) as soon as you receive them!
