For all returns, we must be notified in advance. Items should be returned within 90 days of purchase date. We advise using registered mail because if items are lost, refunds will not be issued.

When filling out a return declaration form, be sure the data you enter is correct. If the data does not match the original invoice from your order, items will be returned to you.
