In no event shall the liability of this Company, whether in tort, contract or otherwise, exceed the original cost of the part supplied. Any associated repair, replacement or refitting costs as a result will remain that of the consumer in all instances. 

Should any parts prove defective following their purchase, that are outside the listed returns policy, then the buyer and not the manufacturer, distributor or retailer, shall assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing and/or repair. The entire risk as to the performance of such parts or vehicles is with the buyer.
