The suede kinda sheds red color as shown in last picture. I’d keep the book on a separate shelf or covered so it doesn’t transfer color to other books/items.
There is some disconnection on the front part between the cover and the spine.
Pages are in good condition- some of them are not separated at the bottom as shown in pictures.
