You are looking at my Transformers Legacy United deluxe-class G2 UNIVERSE BREAKDOWN, based on the very first BotCon convention exclusive toy way back in 1994, which was originally slated to be part of the regular Generation Two line along with the other four Stunticons. Of course, this G2 color scheme has been homaged in both convention exclusive toys and main line releases multiple times in the decades since -- this is just the most recent example (with a slightly more accurate-to-1994 version being released in a Stunticon gift set by Takara-Tomy later this year). Regardless, this example of vivid '90s-colored joy is complete with instructions, spoiler "weapon", and pistol (stowed beneath the car mode). The spoiler has a white stress mark on it which I think I managed to make a *little* less bad/visible with a heat treatment (see last pic), but figure is in otherwise very good condition.
