Mullard ECC83/12AX7 long plate tube made at the Blackburn plant and labeled Torvac tested excellent in my accurate B&K testers, the 707 for Gm and the 696 for emissions. A 12AX7 reading of 22 on the 707 is equal to 60% and new old stock tubes test 30-35. This tube tested perfectly balanced at 32/32.
