We ship all packages to the address registered on eBay.

If a defect is found in a watch, we are unable to reimburse any repair costs incurred by the buyer. 
Should you experience any issues with your watch or its movement, please contact us within one month of delivery to arrange a return or compensation.  

We do not conduct waterproof tests. Therefore, we cannot guarantee water resistance. Please understand this in advance.

Please note that the daily time variation may differ depending on temperature, humidity, and the watch’s position. 
If a daily rate is mentioned in the description, it is measured on a flat surface using a timegrapher and should be regarded as a reference value only.
