EXTREMELY RARE QUAD (4) NOS/NIB HITACHI EL34 BLACKPLATE TUBES DUAL "OO" GETTERS

This is a true new old stock quad of Hitachi blackplate dual "O" getter EL34/6CA7 tubes in their original boxes uncirculated and preserved all these years. Exquisite time capsules.

Made by Hitachi Japan and labeled ULTRON.

These are extremely rare and highly desired tubes. Sought after by the most discriminating audiophiles who are lucky enough to have heard them and know about them.

Hitachi made Black-plate and Gray-plate versions of the EL34. The Gray-plate versions had one too "O" getters. These Black-plates had dual "O" getters. One at the top and one on the side. If you want smoothness with extreme detail, pick the Black-plates. If you want high detail with enhanced bass choose the Gray-plates. (I have two quads left of the Gray-plates you can find those for sale in another of my listings, don't wait)

I started out with over 100 of these Hitachi EL34s a few months ago and they are nearly all gone now so if you're one of those sitting on the fence you will regret it if you don't buy yourself a quad or two while you have the chance because it will never come around again. These are the only NOS Hitachi EL34 matched quads for sale in the world that I could find...yes you read that right..the world! The only other NOS quad I could find anywhere in the world is for sale right here on ebay at $5750.00 for a quad of Black-plates.

These are the most powerful EL34s I've ever come across. Some of my buyers have asked me to test their Hitachi's before they shipped and most of the ones I've tested were in the 53-56 range on my calibrated TV7-D/U where normal NOS tubes test 48-52.
