Shipping is available to most countries. The costs listed below are for single-coin lots (silver dollar size and smaller), and shipping may be higher for large coins/medals and items containing multiple coins, heavy packaging, or for non-coin items. The value-based components are rounded UP to the nearest $100 increment (ex: $1.25/$100 for a $150 value is $2.50, as $150 is rounded up to $200, resulting in 2*$1.25 = $2.50). Shipping fees will not be refunded for packages rejected by customs or returned due to an insufficient address for delivery. *It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure a package with the full value declared on the customs declaration can be imported into the buyer's country.* Packages refused at customs may not be covered by insurance after delivery refusal. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

All international packages valued above $400 are shipped by Express Mail or UPS. Please contact me for UPS rates, which can be as low as $50 for some countries.

• Multiple items will gladly be combined to reduce shipping costs. An invoice will be provided at the end of the auction with updated costs. Please wait for the invoice before paying to receive a combined shipping discount.
• Once a payment is made, the shipping address cannot be changed due to eBay policies. Please ensure the correct shipping address is selected when making your payment.
• Combined shipping is only available for a single bidder ID. Items won with different eBay user IDs are not eligible to be combined.
• Registered or Express Mail is used for all domestic shipments valued above $2500.
• All packages are insured with a private carrier, and insurance is included in the cost of shipping (Note: insurance will not be reflected in the postage cost on the package; it is paid separately to the insurance company). Registered Mail will be insured by either my private insurance company or the USPS. Insurance is included in the shipping cost of all packages.
• Shipping is available to the U.S. (and all U.S. territories and military bases) and most international locations. Please email me for shipping rates for non-US destinations.
• International shipping is not available to bidders registered in the United States.

Payment

• Sales tax is collected by eBay when applicable. As a seller, I cannot control how sales tax is collected. Questions about sales tax should be directed to eBay.
• I aim to ship as quickly as possible. Typically, items are shipped within 24-48 business hours after payment is received. I cannot be responsible for the time it takes for an item to travel to your location after it is shipped.
• Payment MUST be received within 7 days of the auction's close, unless prior arrangements have been made. Please review the return policy to see how it changes for payments received more than 3 days after the close of an auction.
• Due to eBay policies regarding seller performance, domestic shipments cannot be held/delayed once payment is received. If you need a shipment to be sent at a later date, please contact me before making your payment to made arrangements.

• If you are not satisfied for any reason, returns are accepted for all items unless specified otherwise in the description. Returns are not accepted for bullion items. Shipping/Handling fees are not refundable unless there is an error in the description of an item.
• Returns must be requested through eBay Messaging (not by opening a claim/return request) within 5 days of delivery (or first attempted delivery/notice left), for items paid and cleared within *3* days of the end of the auction. Items paid and cleared within 4-7 days after the end of the listing will have 2 days for a return to be requested. Items paid and cleared more than 7 days after the end of the auction, unless a prior arrangement has been made for a late payment, will have 1 day for a return to be requested. From the listing page, click "Ask a question" or from the Order Details page, click "Show Additional Actions" and "Contact seller" to send an email through eBay Messaging. Unless other arrangements have been made, the item must be mailed and scanned by the USPS within 2 business days of the return's approval, with the tracking number provided in that time period.
• In the event of an error in the listing, the item must be returned within 5 days. Flaws in an item which are visible in a photograph, even if not explicitly noted in a textual description, will be considered properly described.
• Please be aware that mail is usually checked once at the end of each week. Refunds will be issued as soon as possible when the item is in hand.
• All grades for raw coins are provided as an opinion only and are not guarantees for how a coin will grade if submitted to an independent grading company. Grades for certified coins are backed by the guarantee of the particular certification agency. The buyer is expected to examine the photographs and read the item's full description prior to placing a bid. Please ask all questions prior to placing a bid.
• All items are guaranteed for life to be authentic as described. In the rare event an item is discovered to be not authentic, arrangements for its return must be made within 5 business days of discovery. Note that items such as fantasy issue tokens/coins are guaranteed to be authentic as described, even though they may not be issued by a government as official currency.
• Items must be in their original holder (flip, slab, etc.) and undamaged to be returned. If the coin is removed from the holder, it is considered sold.
