HPA Air Upgrade is a bespoke kit to convert your Sig Sauer MCX, MPX or the Webley Nemesis X CO2 air rifles and Umarex TC 68 to run on High Pressure Air (HPA).

Conversion kit for all Sig Sauer MPX / MCX models plus the Webley Nemesis X CO2  version .177 and .22 and also the Umarex TC 68 to Converts the power source from 88g CO2 into Pre Charged Pneumatic bottle.

This kit comes complete with everything needed for a full PCP conversion of your CO2 rifle.

HPA Air Upgrade Kit includes:

• HPA adaptor

• 13Ci 3000PSI bottle

• 3D Printed Butt stock "Black or Desert Colour"

• Quick coupler socket for filling

Supplied with with a 1200 psi output regulator. "After extensive testing these guns work perfectly with 1200 psi input pressure."

These Sig Sauer, Webley and the Umarex TC 68 air rifles were designed for use with Co2, and the operating pressure of Co2 varies greatly. Co2 @ 22ºC is approx 855PSI, Co2 @ 30ºC is approx 1050PSI.

It is commonplace in industry to use Regulated High Pressure Air bottles in Co2 applications, as the gas is far more stable under changes in temperature.

Here's a breakdown of the benefits of HPA over CO2:

HPA (high-pressure air) provides significantly more consistent velocity and accuracy than CO2 because it remains a gas at high pressure, unlike CO2 which is stored as a liquid and fluctuates with temperature.

CO2's liquid-to-gas conversion creates frost which introduces moisture and dirt into your guns internal components causing O-ring damage, and performance problems.  HPA is cleaner and performs better in all weather conditions.

CO2's performance decreases in cold weather, leading to lower velocity. HPA HPA is not affected by temperature, meaning your gun will perform consistently whether it's hot or cold outside.

Although HPA tanks have a higher initial cost, they often provide a better overall value due to their reliability, performance, and often free or cheap refills at ranges or at home with a compressor or styrup pump.

》OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS《

Attached the HPA Adapter to the gun 1st as it's open ended (no one way valve) then attach tank with regulator to the HPA Adapter and you're good to go.

When removing do in reverse remove the tank with regulator 1st then the HPA Adapter.

A word of caution ⚠️  it's easy to remove both the bottle with regulator and the HPA Adapter at the same time loosing all the Air in the tank immediately. So best practice is to use a 25mm spanner to hold the HPA adapter in place as they grip together very very tightly after use.

"A couple of things to mention"

It is illegal to send pressurized tanks through the post so the tank will be empty  when it arrives. Pressurize it to 3000psi

Also adding this upgrade Kit will increase the length of the Stock by 7cm (2-3/4") compared to the Original Stock.
