Antique Regina 8" Disc Music Box, serial number 61147, in original mahogany case. Includes original Regina crank and 17 original Regina discs.

The music box has been tested and is in working condition. It winds, plays, and produces strong, clear sound. The stop function works, though it may not stop and start immediately. As expected for an antique mechanical music box that is well over 100 years old, operation is not perfect and may require occasional adjustment or servicing by the next owner depending on their preferences.

The included discs show age-related wear, oxidation, and use. Some discs retain readable titles while others do not. Several discs have minor waviness, bends, or imperfections that can occasionally cause brief hang-ups or hesitation during playback. The discs are being included as found and should be considered antique collectibles rather than flawless examples.

The music box retains its original Regina guarantee label on the underside and includes the original Regina-marked crank. A factory history certificate has been ordered through the Regina records archive and certificate is shown.

According to the previous owner's records, this music box was purchased from a specialty antique dealer in 1985 for $1800. It remained with the family for decades and was displayed in their home. The original receipt from that purchase will be included with the sale.
