Le etichette delle bottiglie ,i sigilli di stato ed i box regalo in cartone o in legno (ove presenti) possono presentare macchie, ingiallimenti, sgraffi, strappi, rotture o vari segni del tempo.
L'oggetto all'asta viene venduto per il suo valore collezionistico e non per il suo contenuto, che è da considerarsi assolutamente accessorio.
Eventuale restituzione a carico dell'acquirente.
Restituzione accettata solo in caso di bottiglie non aperta o non manomessa in alcun particolare e comunque entro e non oltre 14 giorni dalla data di acquisto !
Il vincitore dell'asta ,come da regolamento, é tenuto a pagare l'oggetto entro 4 giorni dalla scadenza dell'asta.
Di conseguenza, se il pagamento non verrà effettuato entro questi termini:
1 - l'ordine verrà annullato,
2 - l'oggetto sarà rimesso in vendita,
3 - il vincitore non pagante dell'asta verrà segnalato per comportamento scorretto,
4 - il vincitore non pagante verrà bloccato!
Quindi astenersi perditempo, anche perchè il prezzo della spedizione e del reso sarà a carico dell'acquirente.

The labels of the bottles , state seals and the cardboard or wooden gift boxes (where present) may show stains, yellowing, scratches, tears, breakages or various signs of aging.
Please note: Due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit.
The auction item is sold for its collectible value and not for its content, which must be considered absolutely accessory.
Any potential return at the buyer's expense !
Return accepted only in the case of bottles that have not been opened or tampered with in any detail and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of purchase!
The winner of the auction, as per regulations, is required to pay for the item within 4 days from the auction's closing.
Consequently, if the payment is not made within these terms:
1 - the order will be canceled,
2 - the item will be put back up for sale,
3 - the non-paying auction winner will be reported for misconduct,
4 - the non-paying auction winner will be blocked.
So please refrain from wasting time, also because original and shipping costs are entirely at the buyer's expense.
