The box does NOT include the original cardboard inserts. Included with the listing is the following;
- Sega Nomad Console (w/ LCD Screen Mod installed)
- Original Sega Nomad Battery Pack
- Original Sega Nomad Power Adapter,
- Original Sega Nomad Box

The console has been cleaned and tested, and works great! The LCD screen mod was installed by myself and looks a lot better than the original screen ever did!
The LCD screen included is not compatible with the brightness wheel that is on the console, so the screen has a static brightness. It is plenty bright without being blinding if you were to play it at night.
The Nomad has been tested and works just fine with either the battery pack, or the power adapter. The sound also works just fine, and the cartridge slot has been cleaned so that it plays games without much trouble.
The box does have some wear on it, mostly edge wear and corner wear, but nothing has been ripped or torn off, and it is not sun faded at all. There is what remains of an old sticker on the front right hand corner of the box.
