We deliver from our central warehouse to anywhere within the mainland UK (excluding Gibraltar and British Sovereign Bases Cyprus). We offer two levels of postage on the majority of our products: Standard or Expedited.

We at Lexus want to make sure your buying experience is what you would expect from the leading global automotive brand. We are proud of our customer service and customers of our eBay store are no exception. So, if you need to return something for whatever reason then there are a few rules you will need to follow so that everything runs smoothly.

There are regulations that protect you and these are called the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Under this law you have up to 14 days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order via the Lexus Official Store. However, we want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase so we offer our customers some additional time in which to cancel their order, which means you have 30 days in total.

What do I do?

If you’re not happy with your order, send us a message through eBay including your VIN details and an explanation of why you would like to return your order, we will find the correct part you need and advise on processing the return, if necessary.

Unfortunately, eBay Terms & Conditions mean we cannot exchange items. Although, we’ll be happy to help you find the compatible part you require and simultaneously arrange a return.

Please be aware of the following points in relation to a return:

• We need to make sure the item is in a resalable condition so each item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, including any labels and fitting instructions.
• Please do not post the return until it has been approved by the Official Store Team
• If the items have been damaged or destroyed, we will not accept the return and you must pay for the cost of the damage. We also reserve the right to reduce the refund amount dependent on the received condition of the returning package.
• You are responsible for any loss or damage from when your item(s) are delivered to you until they are returned to us. For this reason, please only send items back to us via a trackable postal service.
• Once posted, please inform us of the correct tracking details so we can confirm receipt of your returning package and refund you in a timely manner.

Refunds

Where appropriate, refunds will be issued within 48 hours upon receipt of proof that the item(s) has been sent back, or when the item(s) itself is actually received back.

Please note: your refund will be issued via PayPal as they are an intermediary for processing payments. Therefore, if you have a PayPal account, the funds shall appear in your PayPal balance instantaneously after the refund has been issued. If you do not have a PayPal account, please allow 3-5 working days for the payment to be pushed through to your bank account.

Unfortunately, due to eBay’s communication policies we are unable to offer the facility for customers to place their order by telephone.

1.2 How will I know if my order has been received?

Once you have placed an order with Lexus Official Store, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.

2.1 How do I pay?

2.2 Can I get a VAT receipt?

Yes, the invoice included in your order qualifies as a VAT receipt. However, if you require another invoice our Official Store Team are able to provide this so please, contact us, and the team will assist further.

4. Cancellations

4.1 How long do I have to cancel my order?

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. If you placed your order on Monday-Friday, you have until 1pm on the same day you made the order to cancel. If you made the order after 1pm, you have until 1pm the next working day to cancel.

4.2 What if I miss the cancellation window?

Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched then we will have to arrange a return for the order. Please see our returns FAQs below for details on what to do once you receive your order.

4.3 How quickly will I be refunded?

Once we have confirmation from our warehouse team that your order has been cancelled, the refund will be issued within 48 hours.

6. Warranty

6.1 Do Lexus products come with any warranty?

All Lexus products come with a minimum of one year warranty, giving you peace of mind if they should become faulty within a minimum of 12 months of purchase. You can make a warranty claim at any authorised Lexus dealer in the UK who will repair or replace the defective part but only if you retain your original receipt of purchase from Lexus.

Damage to any part due to incorrect fitting by yourself, a Dealer or a workshop not authorised by Lexus as well as faults due to fair wear and tear are not covered under the warranty.

7. General Information

7.1 I have a query with how I use/fit an item I have purchased, who can I ask?

As our Official Store Team are not technically trained, we are unable to diagnose or advise on repairs. Where possible, please refer to your Owner’s Manual. Alternatively, you can contact your local Lexus Centre for advice.

7.2 I have a query, I would like to speak to someone, who do I talk to?

eBay’s policies state that all communication between members should be through eBay’s messaging system, this is so that they have full visibility of any communication and can provide support if necessary. Therefore, please contact us via eBay and the Official Store Team will respond to you within a maximum of one working day.
