Shipping cost is predetermined by the individual shipping box size and weight. We primarily ship items through UPS Ground for all US orders. Some orders may be shipped via USPS or FedEx at our discretion.\

Payments must be made within 3 days of auctions end. If payment is not made within 3 days an unpaid item case will be opened.

Orders are typically processed within 2 days of closure. Items are shipped out Monday through Friday 11am to 6pm CST. We are closed on weekends.

We ONLY ship to the confirmed eBay address on the purchasers account.

We are selling this item AS IS so make sure to look at the photos before you purchase. It is on the buyer to view the pictures before the purchase of the item. Most of our items are used equipment and it is priced as such. Some items may have a small amount of white sticker residue on them due to our item storage labels (It normally comes off with Goo-Gone). You are purchasing what you see in the photos or what is written in the description, nothing more. We try to test every item before it is listed to ensure it works. Everything should work when it leaves the store unless specified in the listing as untested or unable to test due to not having proper equipment.

RETURNS FOR ANY REASON MUST HAVE AN APPROVAL - MESSAGE US VIA EBAY FOR ANY RETURN REQUESTS!! ANY ITEMS RECEIVED BACK TO US WITHOUT RETURN APROVAL WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER WITH NO REFUND GIVEN.

WE DO KEEP LOGS OF ALL SERIAL NUMBERS AND MODELS FOR EACH ITEM ALONG WITH HARDDRIVE AND BATTERY SERIAL NUMBERS FOR ELECTRONIC LISTINGS. SO MAKE SURE YOU ARE SENDING BACK THE CORRECT ITEM ALONG WITH ALL THE ORIGINAL PARTS SENT TO YOU OR YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

COMPATIBILITY:  We will not be responsible for any compatibility issues. It is the responsibility of the buyer to do their own homework and ensure the product is compatible with what they are purchasing it for. If buyer has any questions concerning the item...contact us prior to purchasing the item in question. Returns will not be accepted due to "wrong item purchased" or "changed my mind" reasons. Some listings may not come with software required for the unit.  If it is not listed, it does not come with it.

BATTERY POLICY = We do NOT warranty batteries on any used devices. Most of our items are used equipment and it is priced as such. Batteries are fairly inexpensive to purchase on eBay.
