Collections are welcome from our warehouse.

Delivery charges do vary across our listings.

Some listings offer Free shipping well others do not. This is at Network Brokers discretion.

We use two main couriers for deliveries in Australia:

• TNT: Road Freight and overnight Services
• Australia Post : eBay Australia Satchel 

For all International deliveries we use:

• DHL
• Australia Post

We can arrange for goods to be sent with your preferred courier. Only if you hold an account with that carrier. This has to be arranged before the purchasing of any goods.

All equipment is tested by a CCNA Qualified Technician with over 10 years of experience.

All equipment is sold with a 90 day return to base warranty. Unless otherwise stated in the body of the listing.

Any DOA goods received will be exchanged or refunded. The buyer must tell us about receiving a DOA part within the first 14 days of receiving the goods. Network Brokers International will then arrange the collection and replacement of the hardware. If we do not get notified within 14 days of a DOA â we then treat the issue as a warranty claim.

For warranty claims the cost of the returning the hardware is the buyerâs expense.

Delivery costs cannot and will not be refunded.

We strive to list all items / hardware as accurately as possible. In the event of an incorrectly shipped or listed item. We will fix the situation to the best of our ability and as quickly as possible.
