This is a Parker Jotter ballpoint pen and mechanical pencil set in a maroon or burgundy color. The set is working and very clean. There are a few very very small dings in the plastic near the tip on the pen. (See photos) The pen has a parker ink cartridge in it and the ink dose flow. Sometime after not being used for a few days it need a quick scribble to get flowing again. So it may need a refill soon.
There are what look to be "I" date codes on each of the barrels witch should puts this set as being made in 1994.
