Not liable for condition of packaging (including but not limited to the outer box, plastic inserts, or any original wrapping), nor for any cosmetic imperfections that may occur during manufacturer packaging or retailer handling. Buyer acknowledges that opened items may show minor wear to packaging such as creases, dents, or shelf wear, even if the figure itself remains in unused condition. Buyer also understands that packaging may include retailer stickers or minor imperfections from the original purchase. Such concerns should be directed to the manufacturer, not the seller nor eBay.
