Note on Condition: Underneath the area where the tire meets the opening of the carbon rear triangle there is some paint chipping from dirt/rock pickup from riding as well as some scuffing on the left shifter/brake lever. These are purely cosmetic and do not affect the performance or structural integrity of the bike in any way.  Also there may unforeseen blemishes and or imperfections due to being a Demo bike.

Bicycle Packaging:

a. We start by protecting the bicycle frame and components with foam or bubble wrap to prevent scratches and damage during transit.

b. The handlebars are typically rotated parallel to the frame and securely fastened to prevent movement.

c. The pedals are removed and securely placed in a separate box or wrapped to prevent damage to other parts.

d. The front wheel is detached and packaged separately.

e. The seatpost is typically removed and securely placed in a separate box or wrapped.

Packaging Materials:

a. We use sturdy and durable cardboard boxes designed specifically for bicycle shipping.

b. The boxes are appropriately sized to accommodate the bicycle and provide ample protection.

c. Additional padding and protective materials, such as foam or airbags, are used to secure the bicycle within the box and minimize movement during transit.

d. Fragile components, such as the derailleur and brake system, are given extra attention and may have additional protective measures in place.

Assembly Process:
