Payment

Please pay via PayPal, business or personnel Cheques will need to clear before item is sent. Payments by credit/debit card are also accepted but please contact us before placing your order as the payment must be done over the phone.

Delivery

The postage listed is for the Northern Ireland and UK ONLY and will be delivered by our courier or Royal Mail dependent on size and weight. We will dispatch orders the same day when placed before 3.30pm Monday to Friday. Orders made on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Important: Signing For Items

Before accepting delivery of your goods from our couriers or Royal Mail please check all items for damage before signing the carrier paperwork as they accept no responsibility once you have signed for the goods. This means no claim for damages or a refund can be issued if it is not written on their paperwork as "damaged" when delivered. If the driver is unwilling to wait while you check your items please sign the paperwork as "unchecked" so we can try and claim for any damages, check the item ASAP and let us know immediately of any damage in transit.

If you haven't received items sent within a few days of your listing being marked as dispatched, please contact us so we can chase up the delivery of your order. If you are out when a delivery is attempted the courier will either leave a card to arrange re-delivery and take away and will try the following day, please look out for these cards if you suspect you were out when you were due to receive your items.

We will do all that we can working with our couriers to get our items to you in one piece and as quickly as we can but please be reasonable. Once the item has left us it is in the couriers hands until it gets to you.

Returns Policy

We understand that buying online can be tricky and there is nothing like seeing and feeling an item so if anything you purchase is not what you were expecting, please feel free to return any product to us, all we ask is the following:

·         The item is in a re-saleable condition

·         The packaging is intact

·         The item has not been fitted

·         You have not had the product over 14 days

The cost to return any items is the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receipt of the return you will be credited the purchase amount minus the original cost of outward postage (This will also apply to items sold carriage free as the carriage is in built into the total selling price of the item). This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
