NOS 80s Ambrosio Bike Ribbon PHOS RED for cinelli 3ttt handlebar bar tape.
PHOSPHORESCENT !!!! hence the "PHOS" name, perfect for night reflective safety.
texture is pebbly.
PLEASE NOTE: the phosphorescence gives it a tiny pinkish hue which I hope you can see in the pics

classic standard from the 80s, before cork became the craze. this is the perfect period-correct bartape for post-cloth-tape-pre-cork era !
it is padded plastic, slimmer than cork, so smaller hands will appreciate it. it tapers nicely at the edges for a good even wrap.
