Drives were pulled from working environment. They were originally external drives that I shucked. They will not be recognized if you supply 3.3v to them. Most any backplane does not supply 3.3v. Alternatively you can use a 4 pin molex to sata power adapter or tape over the 3.3v pin.
Most drives have in the neighborhood of 27k power on hours.
