Best Offer:

The purpose of Best Offer is to match other sellers prices without needing to relist and adjust items. We will not accept low-ball offers (50% or less of the asking price), spamming the same offer price, or offers with unreasonable demands. This will usually result in a block and you will be unable to make future purchases from the store.

Shipping:

We ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays with tracking information provided, though some orders may go out earlier. Insurance is included in the total cost of the item. Cutoff time for same day shipping is 10AM CST.

We do not ship out of the United States. We also do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Returns are accepted, though new items MUST be returned unopened. A 15% restocking fee may apply for opened items.

Payment:

Payment is due within 48 hours of auction closing. If a payment is not received during this time, a non-paying bidder case will be opened against you and the item will be relisted for sale.

Zero feedback bidders please contact us beforehand or your bid will be cancelled. Using the "Buy it Now" option will result in an immediate relisting and request for item cancellation. Do not take this personally; this is a precaution for less than reputable buyers who are known to win an auction then choose not to follow through with payment.

We do our best to describe all items we sell as accurately as possible, and have no intention of deceiving buyers into purchasing something other than what is listed. If there is a problem with your order or we've made a mistake, contact us to work something out before leaving negative feedback. We cannot rectify any issue you may have if you do not make any attempt whatsoever to contact us beforehand. PLEASE contact us and we will answer to any problem you may have.
