Once we have received your order, out duty pharmacist or a suitably trained member of the pharmacy team will contact you to ensure that the product is appropriate to use. Once we have spoken to you, your order will be shipped on the same day (if before 13:00) or the next day.

We dispatch orders using the Royal Mail service and various other couriers. Delivery in the UK typically takes 2-7 working days.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day of being placed.

Our address labels are created automatically based on the address, which you enter, please ensure that this is correct.

The Royal Mail delivery service that we use classifies UK destination parcels, which take over 5 working days from the day of dispatch for delivery as "Delayed". At this time, please continue to wait for your order and it is likely that it will arrive shortly. After 15 working days from the day a UK destination parcel is dispatched, an order is considered by the Royal Mail as "Lost". All of our products are shipped to you free of charge. Express next day delivery is available via courier at an additional charge.
