Halys Gear as part of the issued SOF (Special Operations Forces) PCU (Protective Combat Uniform) cold weather clothing system. This set is level 7, the highest level in the PCU system. When used with the other levels of the PCU system, the level 7 set provides comfort up to negative 50 degrees Fahrenheit while in a static position.
