Vintage set of Goodmans speaker components, from from my Grandad's DIY speaker build. The components have been sitting inside a cabinet for over 60 years.
Included in the sale:
- 2 × large Goodmans bass/midrange drivers (approx. 10–12")
- 2 × small tweeters (square frame)
- 2 × crossover units (metal-cased, wired as shown)
These from a matched stereo setup and would suit a restoration project, DIY speaker build, or vintage audio enthusiast.
Condition:
- Working when inside cabinet but untested since removal (sold as seen)
- Some cosmetic wear consistent with age (slightly dented cone)
- Wiring intact but may need checking/replacing
Notes:
- Ideal for vintage hi-fi restoration or custom speaker projects
- Goodmans drivers are well regarded for their warm, classic sound
- Sold as a lot – though do ask if you would prefer to separate.
